This week we feature a Spanish Cabernet Sauvignon, from the southeastern Mediterranian region of Valencia.

Tres Osos; 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Elegant blackcurrant aromas, round and fragrant, medium-bodied. Best consumed after decanting, breathing 30 minutes. Aged four months in oak.
