From the day we opened our doors, we’ve strived to make the pairing of unique wines with the powerful flavors on your plates an integral part of our DNA. Like with many of our most beloved dishes, the exotic becomes approachable and the stuffiness associated with quality dining is nowhere to be found. In short, you don’t need a white tablecloth to eat foie gras, and you don’t need to be a sommelier to enjoy delicious wine.
