While I had a great and relatively affordable haircut from Sarah S. (Who was super sweet and I highly recommend), I am upset with the management of this salon. When I booked my appointment I was forced to pay for half of my haircut as a deposit and per the website, the other half would be charged the day of service. That I am fine with. However, after my haircut, Sarah told me she was charging me the full amount and I should receive a refund from the salon for my deposit amount “automatically.” About a week later I checked for my refund and it was nowhere to be seen. I finally got a text from the salon after contacting them that they “don’t keep credit card numbers” so you have to call them and give them your credit card number over the phone for the refund. Also, I was informed only stylists are on staff Monday through Wednesdays so if you try to call for a refund these days, good luck. It makes me wonder how many people do not checked for the refund and the business is just keeping their money.
