Hair Safari

Terrible customer service, made an appointment 2 days in advance and they canceled(third place this week who has canceled on me) 20 minutes prior to appointment because they were “backed up”. Im just curious what the point of an appointment is then if you can’t stick to it. I get 10-15 minutes behind but they must be hours behind. But yet if I canceled I would have to pay 75% of my bill. Now I have no hair cut and a baby sitter bill. Very disappointed with this business and the other hair salons in town.
